Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Proglly Private Limited ("Proglly", "we", "us") for using Proglly. By creating an account or using Proglly, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Proglly.

Our Privacy Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy are part of these terms.

1. Who We Are

Proglly is run by Proglly Private Limited, a company registered in India, with its registered office at 86-9-8/5, Vihanga Residency, Tilak Road, Rajahmundry, East Godavari, Andhra Pradesh 533101, India.

Proglly is a visual learning app. It turns a topic or chapter into five formats: visual cards, a diagram, an interactive diagram, a mindmap and a quiz. It also offers exam practice. It is available at proglly.com and in our mobile app. Together we call these "the Service".

2. Who Can Use Proglly

Proglly is built for school students, mainly Class 5 to 12. Older learners are welcome too.

If you are under 18, you may use Proglly only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. Your parent or guardian agrees to these terms for you and is responsible for how you use Proglly. A payment for a plan must be made by a parent or guardian, or with their permission.

If you are a parent or guardian and your child is using Proglly without your permission, write to support@proglly.com and we will close the account and delete its data. If the law where you live sets a different rule for young users, that rule applies as well.

3. Your Account

You sign in with your Google account. Keep that account secure. What happens in your Proglly account is treated as done by you, unless you have told us the account was taken over.

An account is for one learner. Do not share it or sell access to it. Give accurate details, such as your class and board, so the material fits you.

4. Plans and What They Include

Proglly has a Free plan and two paid plans, Plus and Pro. Each plan sets how much you can do: how many ready topics you can open in a day, how many new topics you can ask for in a month, and how much exam practice, answer marking and uploading is included. The plans page shows the current numbers. Those numbers are part of your plan.

Daily, weekly and monthly limits start again with each new day, week and calendar month, on India time. Amounts you do not use are not carried over.

We may change what a plan includes or what it costs. A change that reduces a paid plan, or raises its price, applies only to payments made after the change. It does not affect time you have already paid for.

5. Prices, Payment and Tax

• Prices. Prices are shown on the plans page before you pay, in Indian rupees. If we also show an amount in another currency, it is an estimate. Your bank or card provider sets the final rate and may add its own fee.
• One payment, no auto-renewal. A paid plan is paid once, in advance, for one month or one year. It does not renew by itself. We do not keep your card or UPI details, and we never take a payment you have not started.
• Payment partner. Payments are handled by Razorpay. Your payment details go to Razorpay and your bank, not to us.
• Tax. Proglly Private Limited is not registered under GST at present. No GST is charged or included, and the price shown is the full amount you pay. If that changes, any tax will be shown clearly before you pay, and time you have already paid for will not cost more.
• Receipt. After each payment we email a receipt to the address on your account. It is a receipt for your payment, not a tax invoice.

6. Welcome Offer

A learner who has never paid for a plan gets a welcome offer for the first 14 days after joining: half price on the first month of a monthly plan, or two extra months on a yearly plan. Learners who joined before 20 October 2026 get the same offer for 14 days from that date. While the offer applies to you, the plans page shows it and the days left.

The offer can be used once per learner, on a first payment only. It has no cash value and cannot be combined with another offer. We may change or end it for anyone who has not yet used it.

7. When a Plan Starts and Ends

• Your plan starts when your payment is confirmed, normally within a minute. It ends on the date shown in your profile. We email a reminder three days before that date.
• If you pay again for the same plan before it ends, the new time is added after your current end date.
• Moving from Plus to Pro. You can move to Pro at any time by paying for Pro. Pro starts at once. The Plus days you have not used are added to your Pro time at 60% of their number, rounded down, because a day of Pro costs more than a day of Plus.
• While you are on Pro you cannot buy Plus, because Pro includes everything in Plus. You can choose Plus when your Pro time ends.
• When a paid plan ends and you have not paid again, you move to the Free plan. Everything you saved stays in your account.
• If money left your account but your plan did not switch on, we will switch it on or refund you in full.

8. Refunds

Your first payment for a plan carries a 7-day money-back guarantee. Our Cancellation & Refund Policy sets out how it works, and what happens with failed or duplicate payments.

9. Rewards and Free Access

We sometimes give free time on a paid plan, for example when you invite a friend, share feedback, or take part in a school pilot. This free time is a gift. It has no cash value, cannot be transferred or refunded, and is subject to the limits shown with the reward. We may withdraw a reward that was obtained unfairly, for example with fake or duplicate accounts.

10. AI-Made Content

The material in Proglly is made by AI. It can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Proglly helps you study. It does not replace your textbook, your teacher or your school's instructions. Check important facts before an exam or an assignment.

Marks, feedback and scores in exam practice are estimates made by AI to help you practise. They are not official marks and do not predict your result in any exam.

Proglly is not connected with or endorsed by CBSE, CISCE, NCERT, or any other board, school or publisher. Their names are used only to say which syllabus a topic belongs to.

If you see content that seems wrong or inappropriate, please report it to support@proglly.com so we can review it.

11. What You Upload

On paid plans you can upload your own notes, documents and photos of pages, and Proglly makes study material from them.

• You keep the rights you have in what you upload. You allow us to store and process it so that we can provide the Service to you.
• Upload only material you are allowed to use for your own study. Do not upload anything unlawful, or another person's private information.
• Material made from your uploads stays in your account. It is not added to the ready topics that other learners can open.
• We may remove an upload that breaks these terms or the law.

12. Topics You Ask For

When you ask for a new topic by typing it, the material made for it may be added to our library of ready topics, so that other learners studying the same topic can open it. It carries no information about you.

13. Friends and Sharing

If you add friends, join a leaderboard or take part in a challenge, your name, picture and progress are shown to those learners. If you share a note by link, anyone who has the link can open it. Share only what you are happy for others to see, and treat other learners with respect.

14. Acceptable Use

When using Proglly, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything unlawful, or to make content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or otherwise harmful
• Get around plan limits, security measures or access controls, including by opening extra accounts
• Copy the Service in bulk, scrape it, or try to extract its software or the models behind it
• Pretend to be someone else, or use another person's account
• Use the Service to send spam, malware or other harmful material

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

15. Intellectual Property

Proglly, its name, logo, design and software belong to Proglly Private Limited. Using the Service does not give you any ownership of it.

You may use the material Proglly makes for you for your own study, and you may share it with classmates or a teacher for study. You may not sell it, publish it in bulk, or use it to build a competing product or to train an AI model.

We may use information about how Proglly is used, in a form that does not identify you, to improve the Service.

16. Services We Rely On

Proglly depends on other companies to work, including Google (sign-in and notifications), Razorpay (payments) and our platform provider Base44 (hosting, and the AI providers that make the content). Our Privacy Policy lists them and what each one does.

17. Availability and Changes to the Service

We work to keep Proglly available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or by faults at our providers. We may add, change or remove features.

If we close Proglly, or permanently withdraw a paid plan, while you still have paid time left, we will refund the unused part of your last payment.

18. Ending Your Use

You can stop using Proglly at any time. You can delete your account from your profile, or by writing to support@proglly.com. Deleting your account ends your plan and removes your saved work. Unused time is refunded only where our Cancellation & Refund Policy says so.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or misuses the Service, or where the law requires it. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you the chance to put things right. If we close an account for serious misuse, such as fraud or abuse, unused time is not refunded.

19. Disclaimers and Limit of Liability

Proglly is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors, that AI-made content will always be right, or that using it will lead to any particular mark or result.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms limits a right you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or any liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

20. Complaints and Grievance Officer

If something has gone wrong and our support team has not put it right, you can write to our Grievance Officer. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month of receiving it.

21. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh have jurisdiction over any dispute. This does not take away your right as a consumer to approach the consumer commission that the law allows.

Please write to us first. Most problems can be settled quickly that way.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is important, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using Proglly after that, you accept the updated terms.

23. General

If a court finds that part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still apply. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.
