This Terms of Service explains the rules for using Proglly. By creating an account or using Proglly, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Who We Are

Proglly is operated by Proglly Private Limited, a company registered in India, with its registered office at 86-9-8/5, Vihanga Residency, Tilak Road, Rajahmundry, East Godavari, Andhra Pradesh 533101, India.

Proglly is an AI-powered visual learning platform that turns any topic you type in into interactive learning material — visual cards, diagrams, interactive diagrams, mindmaps, and quizzes ("the Service"). It is available on the web at proglly.com and through our Android and iOS apps.

Who Can Use Proglly

Proglly is designed for students from around upper primary school age through university. If you are under the age of digital consent in your country (this varies by location — for example, 13 in the United States), you should only use Proglly with the involvement of a parent or guardian, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

Your Account

You sign in to Proglly using Google Sign-In. You're responsible for keeping your Google account secure — any activity on your Proglly account is treated as authorized by you unless you tell us your account has been compromised.

The Service

Proglly generates learning content using AI based on the topic you enter. Depending on your plan, you get a certain number of "visual notes" (a set of generated cards, diagrams, mindmaps, and quizzes for one topic) per day, plus access to your saved history and additional features.

AI-Generated Content

The content Proglly generates is created by AI models. AI-generated content can occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Proglly is a learning aid, not a substitute for your coursework, textbook, or teacher — please verify important facts, especially before an exam or assignment.

Acceptable Use

When using Proglly, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to generate content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, security measures, or access controls
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the underlying models or source code of the Service
• Impersonate another person, or misuse another person's account
• Use the Service to generate or distribute spam, malware, or other harmful content

If you see AI-generated content that seems inappropriate or wrong, please report it to support@proglly.com so we can review it.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Subscription Plans and Payment

Proglly offers a Free plan and paid plans (currently Plus and Pro). Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, as selected) through our payment partner, Razorpay. Prices are shown to you at the time of purchase.

Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account settings or by contacting support@proglly.com; cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current period — see our Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.

Intellectual Property

Proglly and its logo, design, and underlying technology belong to Proglly Private Limited. You don't get any ownership rights in the Service itself by using it.

The learning content generated for you (your visual notes, quizzes, and related materials) is yours to use for personal, educational purposes. We don't claim ownership over the topics you enter or the notes generated for you, though we may use aggregated, anonymized usage data to improve the Service.

Third-Party Services

Proglly relies on third-party services to operate, including Google Sign-In, Firebase (push notifications), Razorpay (payments), and our platform provider Base44 (which may route content generation to third-party AI providers). Our Privacy Policy explains this in more detail.

Termination

You can stop using Proglly and delete your account at any time by contacting support@proglly.com. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, misuse the Service, or if we're required to by law.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Proglly is provided "as is." We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will always be accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Proglly Private Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Andhra Pradesh, India.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of Proglly after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
